Then the hunt begins. Working with your brief, we sift through the on and off-market listings and locate the best properties to walk through.

Our days are spent ducking in and out of homes, placing mental stickers on the special stand outs. We add them to your online dashboard to review, along with our recommendations. With your tick of approval, we then send in our partners (pest inspectors, etc) to do the right due-diligence required to make the right decision.

This is when our expertise of the market and calculated approach kicks into third gear. Because we do this day in and day out, we know what a home is worth. We also know how to stand our ground and push for a private sale.

Sticking to a budget when there’s an auction hammer and a heap of emotion is understandably no easy task. We stand in the way of poor decisions by buying on your behalf; eliminating any sneaky salesman tactics and saving you those hard-earned dollars for your deposit.

While you start to make plans for your house party celebrations, we liaise with your conveyancer and finance lender, making for a smooth sailing settlement process.
We will also complete the final inspection on your behalf and for investors, we organise and liase with a property manager to make sure we can get tenants into your property as soon as possible.
